“Pricked, and that’s all.” Karpin told how Rostov congratulated Utkin on being recognized as the best player of the month

Rostov head coach Valery Karpin told how the club reacted to the fact that midfielder Daniil Utkin was recognized as the best player in the WORLD RPL in July.
RPL and MATCH PREMIER experts voted for Utkin. In the fight for the award, he was ahead of Quincy Promes (Spartak), Fedor Smolov (Dynamo), Eduard Spertsyan (Krasnodar) and Igor Akinfeev (CSKA). In three matches of the championship of Russia last month, Utkin scored one goal and made three assists.
– I don’t have a personal choice of the best player, I don’t follow other teams very much, I find it difficult to answer. Utkin was not particularly congratulated – they pinned him down and that’s it, – Karpin said on the air of MATCH PREMIER.
