Teryushkov did not rule out that Yuran, after leaving Khimki, could head Ural or Lokomotiv
A member of the Khimki supervisory board, Roman Teryushkov, did not rule out that head coach Sergei Yuran, after leaving the club near Moscow, could head Ural or Lokomotiv.
On Tuesday, August 9, Teryushkov announced that Yuran would leave Khimki by mutual agreement of the parties. In the near future, Nikolai Pisarev, coach of the Russian national team, may replace him at his post.
– Yuran is going to Ural?
“That I cannot say. I don’t know, – Teryushkov is quoted by Match TV. — But the fact that Sergey Nikolayevich will soon appear in a top club, I am sure of it, because with all his performances, with his professionalism, he showed that he is ready to lead any club. Ural is there, the same Lokomotiv. It seems to me that Sergey’s charisma can give impetus to the development of any club.
Juran has been in charge of Khimki since February 23. According to Match TV, a 53-year-old specialist can receive 35-40 million rubles as a penalty upon resignation.
Khimki, having scored 7 points, is on the 7th line in the WORLD RPL standings.
