Shirokov was skeptical about the possible appointment of Gancharenko in Torpedo

Ex-football player of Zenit, Spartak and CSKA Roman Shirokov commented on the rumors about the possible appointment of the former head coach of the Red-Blues Viktor Gancharenko to a similar post at Torpedo.
– As for the candidacies of Cherevchenko, Gancharenko and Yuran, they are all the same. How great a coach Gancharenko can work with such a squad? It needs reinforcement. He failed in CSKA; how will he cope with Torpedo, where are the players of the First League by and large? Probably, only two candidates can be considered who worked with such material and achieved something, – quotes the words of Shirokov “Championship”.
Torpedo is in 15th place in the WORLD RPL standings with 1 point. Now the team is led by Alexander Borodyuk.
