Transfer Sosa to CSKA failed, reported in Uruguay
The transfer of Nacional defender Joaquin Sosa to CSKA Moscow will not take place, said the president of the Uruguayan football club, Jose Fuentes.
– The transition of Joaquin Sosa to CSKA fell through. I think it is extremely difficult for them to make the transition because of the current situation in their country. The counter offer they made to us has already been rejected,” Laabdon quoted Fuentes on social media.
Earlier media reported that the army club bought 70% of the rights to the player.
Sosa is 20 years old and plays on loan for Liverpool Montevideo. In the 2021/22 season, the defender made 19 appearances.
