Russian oligarch owner of the Monaco football club Dmitry Rybolovlev paid one million dollars a month for surveillance, including his girlfriend, according to Forensic News.
In 2015, Rybolovlev signed a contract with a private intelligence company to spy on his entourage. One of the goals of the oligarch was his then-girlfriend Daria Strokous. Representatives of the company collected data on the model in New York, Las Vegas and Los Angeles. Forensic News published a detailed report from the company, which compiled information about the girl’s movements, including data on flights, hotels, people with whom she spoke, and changes in social networks.
An agreement signed with the head of an intelligence company stipulates that the client must pay one million dollars monthly for six months. Also, a third of the total amount, that is, two million dollars, must be paid in advance. Rybolovlev made payments through offshore companies.
Rybolovlev also hired an organization to spy on the art dealer Yves Bouvier, with whom the oligarch was in a lengthy trial.
