Former coach of the Russian national team Boris Ignatiev commented on rumors that the former “Zenith” striker Artem Dziuba can move to Adana Demirspor.
I don’t even know what Artem Dziuba needs. As they say: “Who do you want to marry?”
Of all the evils, Adana Demirspor’s offer is the most acceptable. When you go to a foreign club, you have to build on something. And his former Zenit teammate Yaroslav Rakitskiy is playing there. Artem will simply fit.
Perhaps Dziuba is tired of the dynamics of Moscow and St. Petersburg, so he wants to move to a calmer environment. Or maybe he needs the money. Artem wants to earn more because his footballing life is about to end. Turkish club offers good money, why not go?
I would advise Artem to end his career and find a place to coach in Russia. There was no need to go crazy. It would be better if he stayed at Zenit and got a job in the club system. Dzyuba is a great football player. He could work for the sake of our football. True, why doesn’t Artem try his hand at being a coach? I’m sure Dzyuba would be in high demand by our clubs.
