Torino midfielder Oleksiy Miranchuk out for up to three weeks
Torino midfielder Alexei Miranchuk has suffered a sprain and will miss up to three weeks due to injury, said agent Valerio Giuffrida, who represents the interests of the Russian in Italy.
The 26-year-old was injured in the first half of the Serie A match against Monza (2:1) and was substituted at half-time.
– Alexei has a sprain due to the fact that during the game he inaccurately reached for the ball. Its recovery time is 2-3 weeks. Until the player fully recovers, he will not enter the field, ”Sport24 quotes Giuffrida.
Miranchuk moved to Torino in the summer of 2022 on loan from Atalanta. The match with Monza was his debut for the Turin team, in that game he scored a goal.
