Elon Musk jokes about buying Manchester United

American businessman Elon Musk has denied the previously announced message about the purchase of the English football club Manchester United.
Musk previously said on Twitter that he intends to acquire Manchester United: “I support the left half of the Republican Party and the right half of the Democratic Party! Also, I’m buying Manchester United, welcome.”
Then the American, answering the question about the seriousness of his remarks, wrote: “No, this is an old joke on Twitter. I’m not going to acquire sports teams.”
At the moment, the owner of Manchester United is the Glazer family of American businessmen. The team after two rounds of the championship of England takes the last place in the table, without gaining a single point.
