Sochi head coach Vadim Garanin denied rumors that the departure of 19-year-old midfielder Yegor Prutsev to Red Star was due to a conflict with the Sochi leadership.
The midfielder signed a four-year contract with the Serbian club.
– I heard information that Yegor had some kind of conflict with someone from the club. This is not true. When we came to Sochi, the club already wanted the player to move in a slightly different direction. Since Red Star took the player they are counting on, this is a huge plus for Yegor. A very interesting challenge: one of the top clubs in Serbia, participation in European competitions, – quotes the words of Garanin “Championship”.
