Zenit CEO Alexander Medvedev commented on the results of the draw for the FONBET RPL Path of the Russian Cup, in which St. Petersburg will play against Spartak in the group stage.

This is also true in eSports and in some tennis tournaments. It adds intrigue. Everyone has a chance. The cup character of the tournament has become more obvious, – RBC Sport quotes Medvedev as saying.

In the group stage, which will last from August 30 to November 19, RPL teams will play each other in two rounds. The clubs that take the first two places will get into the playoffs of the RPL Path. Teams from the third places will play in the playoffs of the Path of Regions.
