For the sake of the transfer, the Russian football player lied that he played in CSKA. Ridiculous scam!

The striker embellished his biography to move to a club from Africa. The deception was exposed by journalists.

Over the past few years, we have become accustomed to perceive each transfer of a Russian player abroad as a sensation. The demand for our football players abroad was gradually declining, and now, in times of total isolation of domestic sports, it has completely approached a historical minimum. Accordingly, the level of teams interested in deals with the Russians also fell. Unfortunately, there are practically no European top clubs among them.

There are still a lot of Russian football players who want to try themselves in a foreign land. So now they often have to consider rather exotic options. And even go to tricks for the sake of the long-awaited move.

This summer, a Russian from the third division tried to pull off one such transfer scam … To leave for a tiny African country.

From Spartak to the Maldives

The career of Vladislav Kormishin, a native of Kostroma, began promisingly. As a child, the football player moved from the provinces to the capital to enter the Chertanovo Academy. The striker showed himself well at the junior level, so at the age of 18 he received an offer from Spartak … However, the guy failed to play in the elite.

The Red-Whites did not give Kormishin a chance to prove himself in the Premier League: at first he played for the local youth team, and a couple of years later he went on loan to Neftekhimik. In the summer of 2015, Vladislav had already finally left Spartak to begin his journey through Russia. Over the next four years, the striker changed four different teams from different regions, including doubles of the Tula Arsenal and Siberia, but did not stay anywhere for a long time.

It was then that the player decided to try his luck abroad, namely, in the fourth division of Turkey. Kormishin hoped to restart his career in the country and considered this transfer as a step forward, but failed to realize his ambitions. Over the next four years, Vladislav managed to play for eight teams, half of which were also based abroad. True, in countries that are less developed from a football point of view: in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia and even the Maldives.

Lied to go to Africa

The last entry in Kormishin’s work book is the Peresvet club from Domodedovo near Moscow. With the team, the striker played in the third most powerful division of the country – below the Second League, which used to be called the Second Division of the FNL and PFL, amateur football is already living. The 27-year-old player was clearly not satisfied with this state of affairs – and therefore he found himself a new job abroad. Moreover, this time – in the local elite.

True, this championship is not among the most prestigious leagues in the world. According to the press, now Kormishin is close to signing a contract with the Kiyovu Sport club, which plays … in the Rwandan Premier League. The capital’s team has won the national championship several times, but its last trophy dates back to 1993 – Kiyov has not claimed gold for a long time.

As it turned out, getting into the club from a poor African country also had to try. In order to negotiate with local bosses, the player said that in the past he played in the RPL for CSKA and Krasnodar, although in reality he did not even appear in the FNL. This deception became known from the publication of the Telegram channel “First Sport”. The authors of the channel spoke with journalist Gilbert Tuyishime from Rwanda, who recently announced the transition of Kormishin. The African was amazed that Vladislav “lied to the club’s management” about his career past. Whether this exposure will interfere with the upcoming deal is still unknown.

Dyukov believes that Rostov will not repeat the path of Khimki

The Rostov football club will not repeat the fate of Khimki near Moscow. This opinion was expressed to journalists by the head of the Russian Football Federation (RFU) Alexander Diukov.

Previously, the Federal Tax Service suspended monetary transactions on 11 accounts of the Rostov football club.

“We are working to ensure that such situations do not occur, we are improving the regulations, strengthening the requirements for financial control and budgetary discipline of clubs, including in terms of sanctions for violations. If you answer the question about Rostov, I am sure that they will not repeat the path of Khimki. Khimki was a club of private investors and the region is behind Rostov. I am sure that the problems are temporary and will be resolved, because the Rostov region is a football region,” Dyukov said.

Khimki announced the suspension of activities on June 18. Previously, the club, due to financial problems, did not receive a license to participate in the World-Russian Premier League season and missed the opportunity to compete in the top division of the Russian championship.
