Midfielder CSKA Medina: “There is confidence that we can fight with Zenit”
CSKA midfielder Jesus Medina expressed the opinion that the Moscow team can compete with Zenit in the current season of the WORLD of the Russian Premier League (RPL).
In the fifth round of the Russian Championship, CSKA in St. Petersburg lost to Zenit with a score of 1:2.
– After the game with Zenit, we have confidence that we can fight them. We could have won, there were questions from the referee, the cancellation of a goal and so on, but that’s okay. We lost away, but got the confidence that we can butt heads with Zenit, – quotes the words of Medina “Championship”.
After six rounds of the RPL, CSKA is third with 13 points. Zenit (14 points) leads the table.
