Now the drafting of the calendar is underway and preparations for the start of the championship are underway. As for the format, first and foremost, the focus will be on the league in the 45+ age group, this is our traditional format, beloved, one could say, a People’s Football League classic. From September to May there will be matches with a break for the winter, and in the late spring-early summer, as always, the final tournament will be held in Moscow. The winner and the winners will be determined, who will receive cash prizes, there will be an award ceremony for the participants and a gala match.

There are also two other ideas that are currently under development and discussion, perhaps we will do a championship in the 35-45 age group and a separate short-term tournament lasting several days in the 50+ category. Let me remind you that anyone who has ever had a professional contract with a football team cannot play in the NFL, this is an amateur competition. The goals and objectives of the championship have remained the same since the foundation of the championship and were set by us and our senior teammates: Sergei Kuzhugetovich Shoigu, Sergei Viktorovich Lavrov and Boris Vsevolodovich Gromov. First and foremost it is the promotion of a healthy lifestyle.
