Spartak Moscow midfielder Anton Zinkovsky said that teammate Roman Zobnin advised him to leave the field in the RPL match with Fakel Voronezh due to injury, so as not to aggravate the damage and not let the team down.
Spartak on Saturday defeated Fakel on the road with a score of 4: 1 in the match of the 7th round of the WORLD RPL. Zinkovsky came on as a substitute after the break, but left the field in the 67th minute due to a shoulder injury.
– Fell on my shoulder. The collarbone hurts a little. Wanted to continue the match? No. On the contrary, Roma Zobnin told me that if it hurts, then it’s better to change so that it doesn’t get worse and the team doesn’t let it down. At first I ran … Then I realized that I couldn’t continue and asked for a replacement, ”Championship” quotes Zinkovsky.
Zinkovsky has played eight matches for the Red-Whites this season and scored one goal.
