Chelsea does not guarantee Dynamo payment of 15 million euros for Zakharyan – media

Chelsea cannot provide Dynamo Moscow with a guarantee of paying 15 million euros for the transfer of midfielder Arsen Zakharyan, RB Sport reports.
According to the source, the Blue and White are demanding guarantees from the London club. Typically, English clubs transfer money for a transfer to the football federation, which in turn sends funds to the club where the player comes from.
The transfer window in England closes on 1 September. Now Dynamo is waiting for how the issue with the transfer of money will be resolved.
Zakharyan has been playing for the Dynamo main team since 2020, in just 52 matches he scored 13 goals and made 16 assists. At the end of last season, the midfielder was recognized as the best young player according to the RFU, in 2021 he received the Top Five award for the best young player in the RPL. Zakharyan has four matches for the Russian national team.
