“It is surprising that there is no single leadership and opinion” – Tikhonov on the possible return of Yuran to Khimki
Former Spartak and Khimki midfielder Andrei Tikhonov is surprised by rumors about the return of coach Sergei Yuran to the Moscow Region club.
Earlier, the media reported that Khimki plans to dismiss Nikolai Pisarev as head coach this week and return Yuran, who led the team from February 23 to August 9.
– I’m not the only one surprised by what’s going on in Khimki. It is surprising that there is no single leadership and one opinion on questions. First, Yuran was removed, now they say that he can return. When such moments happen, it’s always a shame for the coaches, ”Sport24 quotes Tikhonov.
The Moscow Region team, after 7 rounds, takes 11th place in the WORLD RPL standings with 7 points. Under Pisarev, who replaced Yuran, the team lost three games in a row (Akhmat, Lokomotiv and Sochi).
