Nikolay Pisarev, head coach of Khimki near Moscow, said that he had not heard anything about a possible dismissal from the club.
On Wednesday, Khimki lost to Krasnodar with a score of 0:2 in the first round match of the group stage of the FONBET Cup of Russia. The Red-and-Blacks lost all four matches under Pisarev after the dismissal of head coach Sergei Yuran.
– I don’t read and I don’t know what first persons (of the club) are talking about my resignation. First time I hear about it. Is it true that I have already been notified of my resignation? No, – the Match TV website quoted Pisarev as saying.
Khimki will play their next match away against Orenburg in the eighth round of the WORLD RPL on September 3.
