Liverpool want to step up their attack ahead of the new season and their name Dominic Sobozlay is at the top of their list.
According to an Athletic publication, the Reds’ administration has already been in contact with the Hungary international’s representatives, knowing full well that this is a difficult case.
The 22-year-old midfielder is tied to Leipzig until the summer of 2026. In order to sign him, Jurgen Klopp’s side have to pay his release clause, which amounts to €70m, a not inconsiderable sum.
THE Sobozlai has made 91 appearances since moving from Salzburg to Leipzig in January 2021, recording 20 goals and 21 assists.
