Liverpool are currently negotiating Fabinho’s wish with Al Ittihad, but Saudi Arabia is not the only possible destination for the Brazilian defender and Bayern are watching his case closely.

A year ago Bayern managed to lure Sadio Mane and land him from Liverpool after the Senegalese striker was active at Anfield for six years and this year they appear ready to shop at Jurgen Klopp’s side again.

This time Fabinho seems to be the ‘bone apple’. The Reds have long been negotiating his sale with Al Ittihad (the Saudis are offering over €45m), but German reporter Florian Plettenberg reports that Bayern are looking to get into the game for his takeover.

“Bayern know Liverpool want to finalize the deal with Al Ittihad soon. But if the deal fails, the player will be interesting for Bayern because his profile fits the team.”

The Bayern people have a great relationship with his manager Jorge Mendes.he says in his tweet.
