The German Football Association is introducing an application in the Bundesliga that shows fans and spectators of the games exactly what the VAR, but also the referee, sees on the monitor when he controls a phase.

For this reason, according to Kicker, the German Football Association is expected to introduce an application that will allow both the world in the stands and television viewers to see exactly what the VAR, but also the referee, sees on the monitor when controlling a phase .
The app is expected to be released before the start of the second half of the season.
“We agree that an app can be a tool for spectators in the stadium. The logic of the concept is complete and we are now in the design phase wondering how the application can be successful.” said former German referee Johann Dries.
