Victor Boniface’s grandmother was thrilled. She watched Leverkusen’s game against Dortmund (1:1) and couldn’t stop cheering on her grandson.
Dortmund almost ended Leverkusen’s 1-1 unbeaten run this season, but Victor Boniface equalized to keep Xabi Alonso’s side top of the Bundesliga.
The home team’s goal shook the entire stadium, but the greatest joy was felt by the Nigerian footballer’s grandmother who scored the goal. In particular, the woman did not stop cheering her grandson’s name immediately after the equalizer.
