The flag on the mast: Thomas Miller signs a new contract with FC Bayern until 2025
Thomas Müller has signed a new contract with FC Bayern until 2025, becoming the first player in the history of the Bavarian club.
Bayern kept the flag high when Thomas Miller signed a new contract until the summer of 2025.
The German international attacking midfielder was acquired from Bayern, was part of the club’s infrastructure department and made his first-team debut in 2008.
This year he has played 18 times in all competitions with two goals and is a regular in Thomas Tuchel’s squad. His trophy case at FC Bayern is full: 12 championship titles, six cup wins, two Champions League titles, two European Super Cups, two World Club Cups and eight German Super Cups.
In total, he made 684 appearances in all competitions, with Bayern scoring 237 goals. He is second in the club’s history behind Sepp Meyer, who has 706 appearances. Overtaking is not far enough.
