Robert LEWANDOWSKI: ‘Playing with Bayern has been a lesson for Barcelona’
Pole Robert Lewandowski said the “blue garnet” deserved a better fate than a 0:2 defeat.
The game we played with Bayern was a lesson for us. Before the match, we did not expect that we could impose our style and create so many positions. This match showed us that we can do that and create chances in difficult matches. We deserved a win or at least a draw,” Lewandowski admitted.
As you know, last summer Lewandowski moved from Bayern to Barcelona.
In the next – 3rd round of the Champions League group stage, Bayern will play against Viktoria Pilsen and Barcelona will play an away match against Inter.
Earlier, Lewandowski spoke of the importance of the prestigious Ballon d’Or to him.
