Tottenham lost to Sporting (1:1) in the Champions League 5th round match.

London club Sporting countered Marcus Edwards’s goal with an accurate shot from Rodrigo Bentancur in the 80th minute.

Spurs forward Harry Kane’s 90+6. His goal in the 1st minute was disallowed due to offside in the VAR. Home team coach Antonio Conte has been shown a red card for an emotional protest.

In the other match of the group, Eintracht defeated Marseille (2: 1) and all 4 teams still have a chance to qualify for the playoffs.
