Killian Ebape has scored 13 goals in his last 13 Champions League games with Paris while equaling a French record of the tournament he holds!

Killian Ebape did almost everything in the match between Paris and Real for the round of 16 of the Champions League and finally gave the French 1-0 victory thanks to a goal he scored in the 4th minute of delay.

The goal was scored 93:14 and is the longest in the institution for the French by Blaise Matuidi against Barcelona in April 2013 (93:44). It is also the latest winner against Real in the history of the Champions League round of 16.

In the last 13 games of the tournament, the 22-year-old international has struck an equal number of goals, with seven in the last three seasons in the knockout stages, a feat only Robert Lewandowski can match.

The amazing performance doesn’t stop there as he equaled the French record he holds! Only Ebape, among all French players from the 2003-2004 season (when Opta started reporting), scored at least one goal in seven consecutive games in the tournament. He has five goals and four assists in the current streak, while the previous streak of seven games took place from May to December 2017.

“Ebape went through two and managed to send the ball under me”, Thibaut Courtois admitted after the match for his big opponent in the game, but maybe also… his teammates in a few months, judging from his meaningful chat with Karim Benzema up the flank.
