Real players got a rude awakening at 2am on Tuesday (21/2) after Liverpool fans set off fireworks in front of the hotel where the Spaniards were staying.
Real and Liverpool (10 p.m., COSMOTE SPORT 2 HD and live from Sportish) meet again on Tuesday evening (February 21) in the first leg of Champions League stage “16” in a repeat of last year’s final.
The Madrid players woke up in an unexpected and ugly way, certainly not unprecedented as ‘Reds’ fans threw fireworks at 2am (4am Greek time) in front of a hotel where Carlo Ancelotti’s team is staying.
