Benfica fans attacked Brugge supporters, two were injured
According to CNN Portugal, a clash between Benfica fans and Brugge fans occurred near Da Luz, resulting in two injuries.
On Tuesday (July 3rd) Benfica will host Champions League Club Brugge in the round of 16 second leg (July 3rd, 10 p.m., COSMOTE SPORT 3HD, LIVE Sportish), with the Lisbon Eagles leading, as they did in the Belgium game, 2-0 won.
However, things are far from calm. As reported by CNN Portugal and reproduced by maisfutebol, clashes broke out between fans of the two teams in the early hours of Tuesday (7/3).
Specifically, a group of Benfica fans preferred against five Club Brugge fans near Da Luz. In fact, two people were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
