Manuel Locatelli played 83 minutes in Juventus’ second leg against Villarreal to qualify for the 8th Champions League while suffering from coronavirus. The team announced a few hours after the game that the Italian had been diagnosed positive for the virus.
Juventus Turin announced on Thursday (March 17) that Manuel Locatelli had tested positive for the corona virus just a few hours after the Bianconeri’s game in Turin against Villarreal, where they were knocked out in the round of 16 of the Champions League.
However, the Italy midfielder played for 83 minutes (16/3) on Wednesday and resigned just before the end of 90 minutes Bernardeschi.
