The in-form Alexis Salemakers has replaced the injured Rafael Leao in AC Milan’s squad for the Champions League semi-final first leg against AC Milan.
Alexis Salemakers takes on the burden of Rafael Leao for AC Milan’s Champions League semi-final first leg against Inter Milan at Giuseppe Meazza (10 p.m., Cosmote Sports 1HD+ MEGA, live from Sportish), albeit from the other side.
The Belgian winger replaces the injured Portuguese in the starting XI but will play on the right flank with Brahim Diath playing on the left.
