Champions League
OFFICIALLY. Champion of Ukraine 2022/23 will play in the group stage of the 2023/24 Champions League
The Ukraine 2022/23 Champion will start playing in the 2023/24 Champions League from the group stage.
This was confirmed as the special seat reserved for the 2022/23 Champions League winner remained vacant.
The redistribution of seats occurs in favor of Ukraine. Thanks to its 12th place in the UEFA 2022 coefficient table, Ukraine became the first reserve country to be allowed to enter the Champions League group stage.
Italian club “Inter” have secured their participation in the Champions League next season ahead of schedule, qualifying from Serie A. The Milan team beat Atalanta in the penultimate 37th round and now, in any case, will take either the 2nd or 3rd place, or the 4th place in the Italian championship table, allowing Inter to play in the Champions League next season.
Inter will also play against Manchester City in the Champions League final. Now, with Inter’s win in the Champions League final, the Champions League winner’s spot in the next draw of the European main club tournament will go to the UPL champion.
Initially, the champion of Ukraine was supposed to play in the fourth qualifying round. Shakhtar (69 points) or Dnipro-1 (64) could be the winner of the UPL this season. There are 2 rounds left in the UPL season.
