Antwerp fans were the first away fans in the OPAP Arena
Antwerp’s 350 fans were the first visiting fans to visit the OPAP Arena to watch a match against AEK.
For the first time, guest fans from Greece and Europe were guests in the OPAP Arena. The reason for this is that Antwerp fans with 350 friends of the Belgians take their seats in the upper part of the stadium, in gates 46-48.
To date, AEK have not hosted fans from any other team in either the league or the cup, and of course not even in the match against Dinamo Zagreb, and the Antwerp friends were the first visiting fans to visit Union Stadium.
On Wednesday night, Pantelis Vlachopoulos will commentate on the big match between AEK and Antwerp along with Themis Kaisaris and Lambros Balafa, while Vangelis Arnautoglou and Manos Navrozidis will carry the full report from the OPAP Arena.
