In the second half of the second matchday of the Champions League groups, 27 goals were scored, one less than in the games on Tuesday. See everything in one VIDEO.
There was a lot of action in the Champions League and in the second leg of the second group game, in which 27 goals were scored.
Five of those came in Newcastle’s game against Paris Saint-Germain, where they won 4-1 and emphatically celebrated the return of Europe’s top club competition to St James’ Park. We also saw four goals in the game between Leipzig and City in the Red Bull Arena, in which the Citizens won 3-1.
