Donetsk Shakhtar lost 1-2 to Spanish Barcelona and remained in 3rd place in the group.
Barcelona (9 points) is ahead, followed by Porto (6 points). The Portuguese team defeated Belgian Antwerp (4:1), which still had no points.
Shakhtar’s next match will be against Barcelona again on 7 November at their conditional home ground in Hamburg, Germany.
The two strongest teams in each group will advance to the 1/8 finals of the Champions League, and the third-place teams will continue to compete in the Europa League play-offs.
