Croatian media reports that Greece’s request to extradite ten people to our country over the events in New Philadelphia that led to the murder of Michalis Katsouris has been rejected.

Greece’s request to extradite 10 members of the Bad Blue Boys over the murderous incident in New Philadelphia last August has reportedly fallen on deaf ears.

According to Croatian media, a court in Sisak decided on Tuesday not to extradite a Croatian citizen. The judge accepted that Greece’s request did not meet the extradition criteria and asked for additional information, such as which criminal organization the Croat is accused of belonging to.

Danas.hr also reports that a court in Zagreb and Gorica had previously rejected corresponding Greek requests for five other Croats whose extradition our country had requested.
