Tsimikas is doubtful for the Villarreal game
Costas Tsimikas was absent from the first part of Liverpool’s press-open training session and an injury is feared which will rule him out of the first semi-final with Villarreal.
Costas Tsimikas is injured in the first leg between Liverpool and Villarreal in the Champions League semifinals. His condition will be clarified at the last minute if he is available for this game.
The Greece full-back did not train with the rest of the squad in the first part of the training session open to journalists.
Jurgen Klopp didn’t mention Tsimikas in the press conference ahead of the Yellow Subs game when asked which players he has available for tomorrow’s game, on the contrary he stressed that Roberto Firmino was unlikely to play the game will catch.
