Milan emerged victorious over Newcastle to reach the European League
In the last and final match of the Champions League group stage, Newcastle lost at home to Milan with a 1:2 draw.
The match was closed in the 33rd minute when Joelinton collected the ball on the penalty line and pushed hard into the Rossoneri goal at the other end.
In the first half of the match, Newcastle had an advantage over the teams and Milan mainly played on counter-attacks. In the other half of the team, Milan changed the game and this helped the Rossoneri to equalize the goals after 59 minutes, when Pulisic quickly switched to Giroud.
Then, in the 84th century, Chukwueza led Stefano Pioli’s team forward, giving the Rossoneri a big win and a ticket to the European League, and the Magpies lost nothing.
