Miner repeats personal best from 17 years ago
In the match against Porto (3:5), Shakhtar increased its away score streak in European cups to 8 matches. Thus, the miners repeated their personal record of 17 years ago. The orange-blacks last failed to break the home defense with a score of 0-2 against Inter in the Champions League group stage on November 24, 2021.
By the way, only Dynamo had a longer streak without scoring on foreign grounds (twice) – 11 matches.
