Without miners. WhoScored reveals Champions League group stage squad
Statistical football portal WhoScored presented the symbol team of the Champions League group stage of the 2023/2024 season.
Unfortunately, not a single Shakhtar Donetsk player was included in the list of the best, who took 3rd place in Quartet H and got a ticket to the Europa League play-offs. However, WhoScored’s symbolic team includes three representatives of Group B winners London Arsenal.

- Defenders: Joao Cancelo (Barcelona, 7.8), Mats Hummels (Borussia, 7.4), Pepe (Porto, 7.2), Samuel Lino (Atlético, 7.6);
- Midfielders: Bukayo Saka (Arsenal, 7.8), Jude Bellingham (Real Madrid, 8.3), Mikel Merino (Sociedad, 7.7), Gabriel Martinelli (Arsenal, 8.4);
- Forwards: Antoine Griezmann (Atletico Madrid, 7.9), Gabriel Jesus (Arsenal, 7.8).
It was previously reported that two Shakhtar players received recognition following the results of the Champions League group tournament.
