16 teams that qualified from the Champions League group stage are participating in the draw. While the group winners are considered seeded, the second-place teams are not considered seeded.

Teams from the same country cannot meet each other in the 1/8 final of the Champions League. Additionally, teams will not be able to face the opponents they played in the group stage.

The 1/8 final of the Champions League is played over four weeks. The first matches will be played on 13/14/20/21 February 2024, and the return matches will be played on 5/6/12/13 March 2024.

The 2023/24 Champions League final will take place on June 1 at Wembley Stadium in London, which has previously hosted more European Champions League finals than any other stadium.
