The Court of Justice of the European Union has officially ruled that the actions and sanctions of FIFA and UEFA regarding the founding clubs and clubs participating in the European Super League are unlawful.

The court believes that FIFA and UEFA abused their powers and tried to create a monopoly in football by banning the establishment of the Super League in 2021.

This decision means that every club will now be free to join the Super League, and FIFA and UEFA will not be able to intervene.

“We have the right to compete. UEFA’s monopoly is over. Football has become FREE. Clubs are now free from the threat of sanctions and can determine their future independently. We offer fans the opportunity to watch all Super League matches for free. For clubs – guaranteed and shared income,” A22′ said. Bernd Reichart, CEO of (one of the main sponsors of the Super League).

Currently, the only clubs that cannot leave the Super League are Real Madrid and Barcelona.
