Kompany shared his impressions after Bayern’s tough victory in the Champions League
Bayern coach Vincent Company He shared his impressions after the success in the match against Union (2-0) in the Champions League group stage.
“This is the Champions League and getting results is not always easy.
I cannot say that the opponent was superior to us in the first half of the match. We created dangerous situations, but the team did not have high speed.
Even though we received a red card in the second half, we played excellent football. The players reacted correctly to the situation. If what we did before the break wasn’t convincing enough, the team looked good in the second part of the game.
Most of the time, opponents try to do their best in the first half. This is true not only for Bayern, but for every dominant club.
I played in teams of similar status and I know that sometimes the game only opens after the break. “The fate of the match is not always decided in the first forty-five minutes,” concluded Vincent Kompany.

13 matches without defeat: Slot revealed Liverpool’s secret
Arne’s Nest He shared his thoughts after the confident victory against Marseille (3:0) in the Champions League.
“Performing in this arena is extremely difficult, not only because of the strong support of the local fans, but also because of the level of the players and the work of their coaches; they always have a clear understanding of their game plan.
Our unbeaten streak has already reached 14 games (actually 13) and during that time we were only in a catch-up role for 54 minutes. Sometimes we missed the advantage we had in meetings.
There was a very impressive moment today: the opponent was very close to regaining equality when Ekitika hit the crossbar. Considering how our season had gone before, it was possible to assume that the ball would go into the net and the critics would find a reason to complain again.
But this time we got the result we deserved and we didn’t have to complain about bad luck like so often before,” the Liverpool coach said in an interview with TNT Sports.
