Copenhagen fans wanted to wake up Eindhoven players but went to the wrong hotel
Copenhagen fans wanted to harass the Eindhoven mission by throwing firecrackers in the early hours of Thursday (17/03) but went to the wrong hotel.
The Copenhagen fans tried “set-piece sabotage” against the Eindhoven team in view of the game between them for the “16” of the Conference League, but the plan didn’t work out as planned.
According to the Danish website “bt”, at 01:30 in the morning (local time) they went outside a hotel that was believed to have ended the Dutch mission and threw smoke bombs and played drums, but went to the wrong hotel when a result of which their mission failed.
Eindhoven responded nicely, teasing the Copenhagen fans about the mistake they made with the two hotels (the ‘right’ and the wrong).
