THE The design is inspired by the map of Albania, the exterior is clad in black and red metal panels combined with glass and in one corner stands the 24-storey tower which is the tallest building in Albania.
The stadium is used for various activities while there are natural restaurants, cafes, shops and offices.was rated four stars by UEFA while it had cost 85 million euros.
