RMC Sport: “PAOK fans broke toilets to use as ammunition”
According to a post from RMC Sport and other French websites, PAOK fans broke the toilets to throw them at the police and Marseille fans.
After the incidents between Marseille and PAOK fans, the Velodrome suffered major damage.
According to French media reports, mainly RMC and Provence, the warring insurgency camps used whatever they could find in front of them as ammunition.
According to photo documents, several seats were damaged while the safety nets were being dismantled because they caught fire from the flares.
In fact, as is pointed out in the same texts, many toilets in the tribunes of the guests were ransacked so that the pieces of marble and pipes that were removed could become weapons on the battlefield.
It is characteristic that the stands are strewn with broken tiles and other building materials that they managed to get out of the stadium’s toilets, only to then throw them to the police or Marseille fans.
