Gomis praises Lutsescu: ‘He can coach one of the top six teams in Ligue 1’
The French forward, who worked with Razvan Lucescu, spoke to Equipe about the PAOK coach and stressed that he could take on a team from the top-6 in Ligue 1.
Buffettibi Gomis worked with Razvan Lucescu in Saudi Arabia and won the Asian Champions League with Al Hilal. In Equipe, the former Marseille striker outlined the Romanian coach’s profile ahead of Marseille’s second quarterfinals with PAOK (14/4, 22:00, COSMOTE SPORT 2HD and LIVE on Sportish) and he had only good words to say.
“Razvan gave me love when I needed it. His philosophy for football was inspired by Pep Guardiola. I would love to see him in a French team and I highly recommend him to their presidents. For me he can coach one from the top – 6 Ligue 1 teams and surprise more than once”, are some of Gomis’ attacks on Razvan Lucescu.
