Conference League
Lucescu on Canal+: “From now on I will support Marseille in the conference, for me it is the favourite”
Speaking about the French subscription after his team’s defeat, PAOK coach Razvan Lucescu spoke about the behavioral lessons of biceps fans in those of Marseille.
The statements he made after PAOK’s episodic first game against Marseille in Marseille put Razvan Lucesco at the center of sharp criticism from the French media, which were critical of him.
That the PAOK trainer defended his statements with the attack at the press conference the day before yesterday “The French were shocked by my statements and not by the Marseille fans’ episodes”, brought renewed criticism for the Romanian coach.
Lucescu, in the French subscription flash interview that covered Toumba’s game, explained that from now on he will support Marseille in the Conference League as he thinks he is the favorite to win the trophy and spoke about behavioral lessons of the fans of PAOK in Massalos.
“It was a good lesson that our fans taught those in Marseille. Everyone was afraid to come to Toumba and play here, but in the end it was a very nice atmosphere for a football match.
This is how it should be in Marseille. For me Marseille is a very well organized team with good and quality players and I can say that I consider them the favorites of the tournament. “From now on I support Marseille and I want them to win.” the PAOK coach told Canal+.
