UEFA has named the contenders for the title of the greatest champion of the year in the Liza Conference

Yesterday, April 21, the matches of the opening round of the group stage of the Conference League took place, under the auspices of which UEFA announced the names of candidates for the title of the tournament’s greatest champion of the year.

Four players compete for the title:

– retired player Zrinski Zvonimir Kozhul – two goals, one assist and 80% accurate passes for AZ (4:3);

– Ludogorets midfielder Jakub Piotrovski – two goals, one assist and 95% accurate passing for the team against Spartak Trnavi (4:0);

– Legia senior Ernest Muchi – scored two goals and three goals in the match against Aston Valley (3:2);

– Fiorentini defender Luca Ranieri – a double, two selections and a win over Genk (2:2).

UEFA also named the nominees for the title of the author of the greatest goal of the Liza Conference.

Ludogorets’ forward Ivan Yordanov, Ferencvaros forward Owusu Kwabena, Maccabi Tel Aviv forward Ivan Macon and midfielder Zrinski Kozul are all vying for the title.
