Two Legia players have been arrested after the Conference League group match against AZ, the Interia Sport source reports.
Local police tried to stop Warsaw fans in the stands and closed the stadium early while football was still being played.
After attempts were made to leave the arena, two Legia players, Josué and Radovan Pankov, were arrested just outside the club bus.
Police also used force and tried to harass Legia president Dariusz Mioduski, who was a VIP guest at the match.
The two Legia citizens spent the entire night with the police, but the Dutch press did not inform the club exactly where the stench had been found, disrupting the coach and manager from sniffing around them that evening in Alkmary.
The Warsaw team held a press conference, at which they stated that the city authorities were against the Polish fans even before the start of the match and that the local law enforcement officers behaved wrongly towards the team representatives.
This situation was also commented on by Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, who asked for clarification from the Ministry of Health of the Netherlands.
Legia is overwhelmed by this situation and plans to resist the miser.
