The match of the fourth round of the group stage of the Conference League between Lugansk Zorya and Israel’s Maccabi Tel Aviv will be officiated by the Scottish referee team. This is reported by the press service of residents of Luhansk.
The head referee is John Beaton and is assisted on the lines by Daniel MacFarlane and Douglas Potter. Matthew McDermida was appointed as reserve referee.
Azerbaijani Asim Khudyaev is behind the VAR system.
Significantly, Biton has already fought Ukrainian teams several times – almost like Liza Europe. In 2016, Oleksandriya lost to Haiduk (1:3), in 2017 Zorya lost to Gertia (0:2). Dynamo defeated Rennes (3:1) in 2018, and in the last campaign they drew with AEK (3:3).
Guess what, the match between Zorya and Maccabi Tel Aviv will take place tomorrow, November 9, at 10pm in Kyiv. On Football.ua An online text broadcast of the match will be available.
