At AEK, Araujo and Jonson are waiting in front of Ajax
AEK continued their weekend preparations for the crucial game against Ajax, with Sergio Araujo and Jens Jonsson still missing from the regular fixture list.
Following the referees’ unanimous decision not to referee the matches of the 14th round of the Stoiximan Super League, there were no competitions for AEK over the weekend as Almeida and the players trained intensively.
Sergio Araujo and Jens Jonsson did not take part, so their presence at the “final” with Ajax in the Johan Cruyff Arena is not a given.
For this particular game, the suspended Mijat Gacinovic and the injured Cican Stankovic will not be taken into account, on the contrary, Levia Garcia, who has overcome his ailments and is training normally with the rest of the team, will be taken into account.
